Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal contract between you and Express Accelerator (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile and desktop acceleration application (referred to as 'the App').
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related marks without authorization. Intellectual property rights connected to the App are owned by the Service Provider. We may adjust features or fees to maintain service quality and will provide appropriate notice where required. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those partners' terms of service.
Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data caps, weak signals, carrier restrictions, or user configuration issues. Mobile data and roaming charges may apply when not using Wi-Fi, and you should confirm permission from the bill payer before use.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. If service access fails because of battery depletion, system errors, or incorrect user configuration, it is outside our compensation scope. We work to provide accurate route information, but some data comes from third-party partners and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses caused by such information. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install updates when necessary.
Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: once a digital service, software license, or subscription benefit has been delivered and made available, the sale is considered final except where required by law or explicitly promised by us.
Product Evaluation: users are encouraged to evaluate the free version, trial quota, or demo features before purchase to confirm connection quality, device compatibility, and use-case fit.
Customer Support: if you encounter connection, installation, or account issues while using Express Accelerator, contact our support team and we will make reasonable efforts to help.
Technical Issues: if a technical fault affects normal use, we will reasonably try to repair it or provide an alternative. Temporary network fluctuation, third-party platform restrictions, or user device issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Unauthorized Use: refunds may be refused if accounts, license keys, or digital benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: we reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy as permitted by law. Changes take effect after publication on our website.
