This Privacy Policy explains how Express Accelerator (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information when providing mobile and desktop applications (referred to as 'the App'). We collect data under a minimum-necessary principle and protect user privacy within the scope of this policy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect operational data including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To provide suitable global connection services, we may process approximate regional information. This data is used for: 1. Route recommendation based on Express Accelerator's node distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate trends; 3. Service notices such as security updates, account messages, and product changes.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party services, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. We do not share personal information except when required by law, necessary to protect users or investigate fraud, or when working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop data collection, remove the App through the standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable necessary period afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and if we discover that such data was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as regulations, product functions, or business operations change. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published means acceptance of the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
